Some people feel that the IETF has already too many bespoke tools/systems and
that we should play better with others.  ORCID is one such other.

But, I think we absolutely should link to DT, and probably this should be
automatically done by RFC-editor, and should result in some various semantic
web linking too.  And I'd like the DT<->ORCID link to be stronger.
