I assume that Jay or someone from secretariat can get statistics from youtube
about how much bandwidth we currently use.   We know that such a service
won't be free, but the question as to exactly what it might cost is an
important one.

Hey, maybe we can do it all as pure QUIC, and the *scone* WG can do bandwidth
experiements on us :-) :-) :-)
