The bizarre thing is that I cannot switch the bridge from Automatic to manual 
with nm-connection-editor, neither with network manager !!!
I tried 10.40.0.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1
Is there something wrong here ?
10.40.0.1 and 10.40.0.2 are already used by "enp1s0" and "enp2s0"
