Oh, absolutely. It's incredible how much the human body is dependent on its 
chemical subsystem. Last summer I had a surgery that required me to wear a 
fentanyl patch to suppress the pain. I was sweating a lot, not just from heat 
but also from the medication itself. Pretty much guaranteed, I overdosed. And 
I absolutely hated it. Those 3 days were over, that patch was ditched for 
good. Didn't take painkillers for it since. Messed up on the blood thinners 
due to bureaucratic BS (the syringes were on the back page), noticed 
eventually and self-administered them. Easier than a nurse's schedule, but 
like surgery itself, one hell of a fear to overcome.

Long story short, respect chemistry. If you're taking medications at the 
moment that are affected by heat, please consult at least your GP in advance.

(Should I share these things here, in front of thousands of people.. maybe, 
maybe not? Is my own vulnerability worth someone else's life?)
