That’s very reassuring to hear. I’ve never been there (only a quick stop in northern Spain), so I have no idea what to expect of the venue itself. All I knew was that as a Belgian who never experienced more than 30-ish, we consider anything close to 40 to be severe. Having recently experienced that and going to experience it again in Belgium tomorrow, I don’t think KMI is wrong for making that call. We’re far more used to -10 than we are to +40. I will say those peak hours in that part of the city are 14:00 to 17:00. That’s what I saw in Portugal as well yes.
