When planning the selection of NomCom volunteers and looking back on
previous years, I used the days of the month to draft the plan, but
overlooked the day of the week on which the lottery draws are scheduled.

I will consult with the NomCom advisor to determine whether, with
lottery draws taking place half a week later, we are within the one-week
timeframe specified in RFC 8713. 

While I think it's reasonable for you to consult with the advisor, I don't really
think there is much ambiguity in the text as 1/2 week is less than 1 week,
and 8713 doesn't authorize either the chair or the advisor to simply
ignore this requirement.

I will send an update on the revised
lottery draws to the IETF Announce and IETF Discussion lists by Tuesday
at the latest.
