That's working as designed, and nothing bad happened there. The
simple fact that someone appealed does not, in itself, mean that
anyone did anything wrong. We need to stop thinking about it that
way.
Sure. They do cost people’s time and effort which is what I was concerned about, but I totally agree the system is working as designed.
