But here's the thing: You talk about someone filing an appeal as if it were a terrible result. It's not. Someone said they didn't like <x> and appealed it. Presumably, the body appealed to said, "Sorry, nothing improper here," and did not uphold the appeal. That's working as designed, and nothing bad happened there. The simple fact that someone appealed does not, in itself, mean that anyone did anything wrong. We need to stop thinking about it that way.
