Reviewer: Ned Smith
Review result: Ready

The update to RFC6724 adjusts the IP address selection precedence to favor IPv6
global unicast and unique local addresses above IPv4 addresses. It demotes the
6to4 tunneling option reflecting the decreased reliance on IPv4 deployments. It
also makes rule 5.5 mandatory which prefers addresses in a prefix advertised by
next-hop routers.

I found no significant issues. I had a couple of questions related to word
choice. The authors or other reviewers may determine whether they are
significant enough to make a change.

Introduction:
        - 4th paragraph: Wording seems awkward:
S/a label that differs to general ULA prefixes/a label that
differs from general ULA prefixes/ OR S/a label that differs to
general ULA prefixes/a label that defers to general ULA
                prefixes/

Section 5.3:
        - S/how the learnt known-local/how the learned known-local/
I couldn't find "learnt" in a US English dictionary.
