This committee plays a central role in guiding the development of VICTOR to best serve the volcanology and hazard-mitigation communities. We invite *nominations and self-nominations* for new Advisory Board members. We are especially eager to ensure that the board reflects the breadth and diversity of our community, including different career stages, professional backgrounds, geographic regions, and stakeholders such as emergency managers. Advisory Board members provide input on strategic directions, priorities, and community needs. The expected commitment is modest: *two virtual meetings per year*, with occasional opportunities to provide feedback on specific initiatives.
