Through this program, participants receive support from SZNet to conduct a month-long, independent research project at a host institution of their choice. The program is designed to expand opportunities for emerging scientists while fostering international collaboration. Students and early-career scientists interested in applying can explore the list of interested hosts <https://www.sz4d.org/2024-student-exchange#host-institution-list> on our website. Participants should reach out to this prospective host to define a project. 2. Applicants with an existing contact in the partner country. In this case, applicants are welcome to apply to work with that scientist/institution, regardless of whether that scientist has registered as a prospective host. Applicants should work with their host to define a project and fill out the participant application as normal.
