dropbox system tray disappeared

Hi all

I am running Ubuntu 24.04 and 4:14.1.3

I have been warned in the last weeks the support for the system tray might be dropped and as of today it did.
While in Ubuntu with the native Gnome desktop the tray is still visible, in trininty it is not.

Is there anybody using Dropbox and the file synchronization?

Did anybody find a workaround. For me this is a real loss because I relied quite a bit on it.

Dropbox still works but I have no direct way of knowing whether a syncrhonization worked, how much space I am using, other than running the command line which is annoying
