Enable CRU, I2C0 and CSI on RZ/G3E SMARC EVK and tie the CSI to the
OV5645 sensor using Device Tree overlay. RZ/G3E SMARK EVK is a RZ/G2L
alike EVKs then reuse rz-smarc-cru-csi-ov5645.dtsi.
