[PATCH] dt-bindings: serial: snps-dw-apb-uart: Simplify DMA-less RZ/N1 rule

There is no need to repeat all SoC-specific compatible values in the
rule for DMA-less RZ/N1 variants.  Use wildcard "{}" instead, to ease
maintenance.
