[PATCH v2 3/3] i3c: master: cdns: replace ENOTSUPP with SUSV4-compliant EOPNOTSUPP

The checkpatch warning '"ENOTSUPP is not a SUSV4 error code, prefer
EOPNOTSUPP"' is correct. We never want this to slip to userspace.
