[PATCH 0/2] block: make some queue limits checks more robust

This series contains a couple of changes to make request queue limits
checks more robust.

I made the change to enforce a power-of-2 pbs as RFC as I am not sure
what setups this can break.

  block: Enforce power-of-2 physical block size
