I agree.

However, I don't really think we need a specific provision, but maybe we need
a reminder.   **People who submit I-Ds are responsible for their content**

If they use some system that produces content that they do not own, then they
are can not satisfy the Note Well.

It doesn't really matter if it's an LLM, or just plagiarizing in person.
