My apologies, it most certainly does seem to be a proper development cycle for Datatracker from what you’ve described so far. The “maintenance” terminology was taken only in context of my own systems, where distribution upgrade is the major task and revisiting their configuration overlays is the minor addition. The .internal case, while most certainly tedious, falls in that minor maintenance because complexity is fairly low. The idea of a link, once properly specified, followed that idea as a minor in the overarching Datatracker major. I guess it could be a bullet point in that overarching objective?
