As this appeal concerns a particular working group (modpod), I conclude the most appropriate list is mod-discuss@xxxxxxxx. As per 9245, this means it should be discussed there (a "process-oriented WG list") and not here. It follows that this message should be the last one of this thread in ietf@xxxxxxxx.
