The duration of such period and feasibility of discontinuing DNS64 support, 
relying solely on RA-based PREF64 signaling in a given network depends on 
the endpoint footprint, particularly the presence and number of endpoints 
running outdated operating systems, which do not support [RFC8781]./

Comment: This sentence tries to give advice about the transition 
period, but the English sentence does not provide a clear recommendation. 
It is clear that the choices are: 
1) when to discontinue DNS65 support
2) how many endpoints are been upgraded to recent OS that supports RFC8781

But is not clear what the recommendation is.
