I like this idea of changing the schedule, more so than I like the idea of 
changing the location. Earlier in the conversation, there were mentions of 
this schedule being a result of COVID-related measures. Since the pandemic is 
now by and large over (turned endemic just like all the other ones, easy to 
deal with), then the return to pre-pandemic scheduling might be the better 
thing to do here.

For me personally, the viable options are pretty much just Madrid and Dublin. 
But while Dublin's weather would be favourable to what I'm used to, it also 
raises the questions of travel visas and such... I don't know the state of 
affairs related to that for Ireland, though I have received private feedback 
about it before. Anyway, point here is basically just that it's one of many 
considerations that might want to be made on the individual participants' 
level. Meanwhile the everything else might just be as easy as rolling the 
schedule back to spring, or moving it into autumn. I think both are fine.
