In contrast, I'm fine with nullifying the PR action against Dan Harkins
as Dan has continued to contribute usefully on other lists so I'd be
hopeful that he'd play ball on admin topics too rather than go through
all that again.

I certainly don't want to go through that again. My plan is to let
others play ball on admin topics and to not get involved. I have
continued to participate technically and that will not change. What
will change is that I will not be having the sorts of impersonal
exchanges that I was having before the PR Action. No more discussions
on socio-political topics.

I am not anxious to start posting on any of the lists I'm prevented
from posting on, in fact I'm not even subscribed to terminology or
gen-dispatch. So in that respect there will be no change-- I'm not
posting there now and I won't be if the PR Action is lifted.

This is a dark cloud hanging over my head and it's time to clear
it up. I appreciate the support this effort is getting. Thank you.

  regards,

  Dan.
