I am not sure what that means, but I can be precise here. If an automated message is useful repeatedly, it should be transitioned to an infrastructure team.
This is not difficult to understand. Although I don't think these IETF list summaries are useful (or accurate), I can accept that I am in the rough there. I do not think these messages should be sent by "John Levine" or any other individual. It should be "IETF List Summary Bot" if we are to have these messages.
