The situation now is very volatile, and there is a great deal of uncertainty for anyone considering attending who lives outside of the US.   IETF 127 is 18 months away.  I suspect  that in the next 3-6 months, it will be less volatile and people can make a more informed decision.

p.s. My entry back into the US on Saturday seemed no different than previous entries.   I didn’t see anything that appeared out of the ordinary.
