Well, maybe.  It is my impression that there are people in the US who have visas but
who might not be readmitted if they left for a conference and tried to return.  For
them San Francisco would be a lot better than, say, Vancouver.

This is a complex question and I don't see much benefit to second guessing the LLC.
They know everything we do, and they have spent a lot more time thinking about the
issues.
