I think we did all the interviews during IETF plenary week this time. The advantage being that we then used Friday afternoon for very high bandwidth process of deliberations. (so much coffee...) Other nomcoms have interviewed before november IETF and after, and then had to deliberate for two weeks after. I'm generally in favour of moving all the online interviews to the week before, and I think that was offered to a few, but I'm not sure it happened. An advantage of doing it during the week is that it is slightly easier to organize (corall. Herd) the voting members. A disadvantage is that the voting members are all on a single mic. We had an OWL, it would be nice to have two. At one point, though, the OWL found a painting/picture on the wall (close, but not quite American Gothic) and got stuck on *those* faces... we eventually got the painting removed.
