From a distro perspective, libfoundry is "right there". There are some files — translations (don't exist yet but the framework is in place so they are coming soon), gsettings schemas, and perhaps /usr/share/foundry/language-defaults — that I believe are needed by both foundry and libfoundry. Debian has a convention of using a "-common" binary package for this situation but I guess this is uncommon 😉 in Fedora.
