We may have a mismatch on expectations.
Most of the dependencies for the examples are met with fedora packages and I am
not sure if every command line arg is functional and most/all of the examples
download some data so the write permissions on the /usr/share isn't going to
work well with that.  I would expect the user to copy the samples to some local
area and use them to see how pytorch works and have some problems with samples
that do not work.
This is not a critical package, I don't mind not including it.
