For `profile.d`, do we need to co-own it? Oh, good point. There is no standard, but I believe we can introduce a `Provides` and `Conflicts`, as shown in this talk [1]. I will add it as `bash(PROMPT_COMMAND)`, but the other packages that provide it would have to include it as well. I will open a ML thread to discuss this.
