Thanks for pointing out the license comment, and for making me aware of the
bundled shell files that ought to be removed. I'll try to remember to check for
extra files like that going forward.

Upstream released a minor version bump with your suggested changes, obsoleting
the manual configuration of rust2rpm. I've reworked the spec and SRPM
accordingly for 0.2.2:
