This seems like it is patching in a license file from a different crate:

Looking at https://crates.io/crates/bmart takes me to the upstream
https://github.com/eva-ics/bmart, which looks like a brand-new repository.

It seems that if you just update this to 0.2.12, released nine days ago, the
crate includes a license file (and the metadata was corrected from Apache-2.0
to MIT).
