Well, um - on this topic I did notice some possible thumbnailing issues
in openQA tests lately. Specifically there's a step in the Maps test
where we export an image from Maps then look for the exported file in
Nautilus. We have a needle that finds the exported file by its
thumbnail, so clearly we *got* a thumbnail at some point, but in
current F43 we don't. On Silverblue we get a '...' icon:

Not sure what's going on there, but since you mentioned thumbnailing it
