In this case, the dependency on webp-pixbuf-loader can just be dropped from the package, it is no longer necessary. No other changes would be necessary in the xfdesktop package. The change from third-party gdk-pixbuf2 loaders to the glycin loader "should" be an implementation detail of gdk-pixbuf2.
