Are you suggesting to move RHEL 11 development away from Fedora/ELN to CentOS Stream? Wouldn't that be implied by this approach? I think we should align the ELN build configuration with the current plans for RHEL 11 instead. Enabling frame pointers on x86-64 in ELN when there is no such plan for RHEL has always been against ELN's purpose to approximate a RHEL configuration.
