I think, but I'm not sure now, that when I tried to tag in the package,
it failed, probably because of some previous step (such as pushing it
for an update).

After that I went hunting for anything that would work and sounded
right.

And to be honest, I didn't really plan the whole process as it was a
new package for EPEL10, I was concentrating on making sure that it
would build, and once I got it working, I then turned around and
thought I better fix up the related packages.

Yeah, that is a common problem.  I like lots of details but I know
others like something short and simple.
