But...it *does* tell you about `fedpkg build --target`, and it says:

"As a packager, you can add or remove builds from your side tag using
these commands:

koji tag <side-tag> <nvr>
koji untag <side-tag> <nvr>"

which...tells you that those are the commands to use for the thing
you're trying to do. And it doesn't say anything about `add-pkg` at
all. I don't immediately see how to make that clearer?

We could write in more context about when you might need to use those
commands, but when I write long explanations about things, people say
they're too long and they gave up reading. That section is already
pretty long. I guess it might be worth adding a specific description of
this one common scenario and how to handle it, though.
