Recently I have opened a few CMake related change proposals [1-3], which were recently announced.

I have run the mass-prebuild related to those changes, and gathered the list of affected packages. There are suggested migrations in the corresponding change proposals. I have not extraced the list of affected maintainers, but once I have that list I will add another reply to this thread with that information.
