Even after that is merged, I would have though 'license-validate' is still going to report an invalid _expression_, because BSD-3-Clause-Clear is not a permitted license, and license-validate doesn't know the package name & thus can't process the 'packages_with_exceptions' list.
`license-validate` has option `--package` which check the allowed exceptions fedora-license-data.
So:
$ license-validate FDK-AAC
Uses
not-allowed license.
Run with
-v option to see more information.
$ license-validate FDK-AAC --package fdk-aac-free
Uses
not-allowed license, but package is known to be exception.
Run with
-v option to see more information.
And in this my report I use
this option.
