Karma needed for three updates that had been pushed to F41 but not F42

Hi all,

I ran a last check for package downgrades from Fedora 41 to 42, and
submitted a last batch of four updates that were obviously just missed
by the package maintainers. With the Final Freeze starting tomorrow,
they would need some testing and positive karma to land in the F42 GA
repositories.

- fltk 1.3.11 had been built for f43, f43, f41, but the f42 build was
not submitted to bodhi:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-cb03e26e53

- klevernotes 1.2.2 had been built for f43, f42, and f41, but the f42
build was not submitted to bodhi:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-180a6dbc1d

- perl-Text-Layout 0.039 had been built for all branches of Fedora,
but the f42 build was not submitted to bodhi:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-43f9090771

- tmt 1.45.0 failed to build on Fedora 42 because a previous required
update for fmf 1.7.0 got stuck in "gating", and nobody looks at
packit-created updates (or build failures), apparently:
