Seems as though it is iterating for each entry in the rtwxxx usb adapter
hardware list not just the ones on my system.
The dracut error is worrisome although the initramfs for the new kernel
is in \boot.
something in the package supports FCoE.
Is this just noise from dnf5 or is there a problem?
Not dnf5 -- the rtw88 package should add fcoe-utils as a dependency
% sudo dnf search fcoe

What happens if you create the missing directory?
