Also considering your previous message on this topic[0], it might be an idea to find out if you have any residual nvidia packages on your system that are of the wrong version (you correctly installed the 470xx branch, but it seems from the previous thread that newer libraries were still available on your system, which could cause the confusion and lack of proper graphics support).
Run: dnf list installed '*nvidia*' | grep -v '470' That should list all packages with nvidia, excluding anything with 470.
