If you install Remi packages, you want to make sure that you use either
those packages, or your system packages.
You can have different versions installed, but don't mix-and-match them.
The Remi version of php84 on my system is:
php84-8.4-2.fc42.remi.src.rpm
The wizard and removing some old fedora42 ini files were enough to do it.
