If you install Remi packages, you want to make sure that you use either those packages, or your system packages. You can have different versions installed, but don't mix-and-match them. The Remi version of php84 on my system is: php84-8.4-2.fc42.remi.src.rpm (notice the "remi" in the package name) Did you follow the Wizard on Remi's website to configure PHP correctly, either with RemiRepo as the sole version of PHP, or to have several versions installed next to each other, but only using a particular one for each purpose? Probably because you are trying to run Fedora's php84, with Remi's php84-php-pecl-imap.
