If I run systemctl suspend, it start to enter in a suspend mode and after a couple of seconds
it reactive the screen

Maybe this fedora magazine article will help.
A secured system can be trivially hacked if the memory image can be read out of the swap partition.
This allows you to get encryptions keys in the clear for example.
