Shorten the uname for git snapshots
Unfortunately the aarch64 64k-rt kernel put us 4 characters over the max
uname when we are building git snapshot kernels. This causes the builds
to fail. Shorten the uname for git snapshots by making the year 2 digit
and shortening "git" to "g".
