Created a pull request at https://github.com/util-linux/util-linux/pull/3550 to test the patches via CI. I hope I have applied the correct versions of the patches :)
The last patch ("docs,usage") probably needs the attached extra diff to
pass the tests.
(I'm surprised that the build system does not automatically make rules
for all the .adoc files in man-common.)
