I used yt-dlp, over tor, and changed the youtube link to an onion address: http://fz253lmuao3strwbfbmx46yu7acac2jz27iwtorgmbqlkurlclmancad.onion/watch?v=auFPFiSC6OE Otherwise, you might try using a similar trick to get it, such as this link: https://invidio.us/watch/?v=auFPFiSC6OE You might also (if you know how to use Tor and yt-dlp) try spoofing your location. What is blocked in one place is often freely available elsewhere. I did try archiving the link for posterity, but get an error message saying that it is unavailable for archiving. It used to be that I could archive YouTube links before they disappeared. YouTube videos, whole & compleat, are often uploaded to archive.org, often tagged with the whole URL attached, sometimes with just the identifying hash: auFPFiSC6OE. So far I couldn't find this particular video. I did, however, find this: https://archive.org/details/VICE-3.0-source Last I tried, I could not upload anything to my archive.org account; I may have to create a new identity. Otherwise, I would be glad to share my booty somewhere, if anybody knows of a hassle-free way of sharing. This is what I downloaded: Commodore OS 3.0: Retro Linux Gaming Distro [auFPFiSC6OE].mp4 It's 142.9 mb Bill ____________________________________________________ tde-users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Web mail archive available at https://mail.trinitydesktop.org/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
