Where do I find the system default config files for the following (from
which kpersonalizer creates user rc files)?
konsole schema
konsole keyboard shortcuts
konsole tab bar location
konqueror single-click/double-click
twin default window placement (I think this requires patching code?)
Mouse cursor feedback
