Thanks for that trick. That allowed me to move the dialog up enough to
grab the bottom right corner. Sadly, the dialog will only resize
horizontally.
Is this "Hold the Alt key" documented somewhere in one of the handbooks?
Looking in my notes I find a comment about fixed dialogs needing
attention. Seems I filed a bug report 12 years ago:
