Some years ago Michele shared the build scripts that are part of the repo
now. However I did not want to install pbuild (I think it was pbuild) so
based on the scripts I wrote my own build scripts based on make. I am bad
candidate for the review, but regarding prereqs before it builds tdelibs it
builds some dependencies in following order.

In your document tde-cmake and libr are missing
